User Agreement

1. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, respect instructors and peers, and use lab environments only for permitted exercises. You will not introduce malware, attempt privilege escalation outside lab scope, or misuse shared infrastructure.

2. Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, labs, trademarks, and branding remain the property of ShieldSprint Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution requires written permission.

3. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or security incidents. You may stop using the site at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, ShieldSprint Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid for the specific enrollment giving rise to the claim unless law prohibits such a cap.

5. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms unless mandatory consumer protections require a different venue.

6. Acceptance

By using the site, submitting forms, or enrolling in programs, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and the policies they reference. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

7. Service description

ShieldSprint Academy provides instructor-led bootcamps, mentoring, and enterprise upskilling programs related to cloud security practice and certification preparation. We may update program catalogs, schedules, and formats to reflect instructor availability and curriculum improvements.

8. Definitions

The site, materials, and services are operated by ShieldSprint Academy. Users include visitors, prospective learners, enrolled participants, and enterprise representatives accessing information on their behalf.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse interactive features, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in ways that degrade performance, or submit unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content through forms or community channels we operate.

10. Updates to these terms

We may modify these terms to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
