1. Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on how far the cohort timeline has progressed, whether materials were personalized, and whether third-party fees were already incurred. Enterprise statements of work follow the contract attached to the purchase order.
2. Timeframe
For standard public cohorts, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment if the cohort has not started and no non-refundable vendor purchases were made on your behalf. Partial refunds may be available before the third live session for qualifying cases as described in your confirmation email.
3. Scope
This policy covers tuition-style fees collected by ShieldSprint Academy for scheduled bootcamps. It does not govern marketplace purchases, third-party exam registrations you complete independently, or travel costs for hybrid sessions.
4. Contact
Send refund requests to team@channelboost.one with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We may schedule a short call to align expectations when partial attendance complicates the calculation.
5. Process
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment network but typically complete within ten to twenty business days after internal approval.
6. Exceptions
No refund is owed if you violate conduct rules, share credentials in ways that breach the User Agreement, or attempt to export restricted lab materials outside permitted use. Cohorts marked non-cancellable at booking carry the terms stated in writing at checkout.

8. Definitions
A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from our admissions team and any required deposit is recorded. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed in the Republic of Korea unless stated otherwise in your confirmation.
9. Non-refundable items
Official examination vouchers purchased on your behalf, third-party lab extensions, and shipping or printing fees are generally non-refundable once ordered. If a vendor provides a credit instead of cash, we will pass that credit through where feasible.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact team@channelboost.one before initiating a payment dispute so we can review your record. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can affect future enrollment eligibility if misuse is suspected.
